raisins yogurt bread
when i search for recipes, i thought that it would taste like banana bread which is super moist, but i can’t notice that the one i finally used was actually a recipe for a quick bread, which so then is really a texture of bread, bit dry:(
but i love the crisp top and bottom so much, as i’ve really baked it for 50minutes which’s usually for a real bread timing.
half Cup Greek Non Fat Plain Yogurt
two egg whites
twenty one drops of vanilla stevia
one cup of gluten free pancake and waffle mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup of raisins
one whole apple diced
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp lemon juice
the liquid topping end up caramelized the sides and bottom, which made the crispy topping so super fabulous and i’ll surely repeat this next time,
but i need to add some more moisture there, maybe mashing a banana or add more water…as i actually want a cake like thing.
