gluten free nut free chickpeas granola
first, i add twenty one drops of vanilla stevia to the canned chickpeas, then i sprinkled LOTS of cinnamon on top and baked for ten minutes. the next step is to shake the tray so the chickpeas were turned to another side, then we baked it again for ten minutes.
add one cup of extra thick rolled oats and bake for three minutes, then take everything out and throw into a bowl containing 1/4cup of oat bran and 1/4 cup of TVP, then stir and add more stevia, salt, water to substitute oil/honey, an egg white, 1/4 cup of cranberries and LOTS of cinnamon:)
bake until golden brown and let cool on tray in room temperature for about ten minutes, enjoy!!!
I LOVE THE CRUNCHY BURST CHICKPEAS AS I DIDN’T PEEL AWAY THE SKIN OF THEM, and the amount of stevia i add this time was really SO SUPER RIGHT IN AMOUNT, also please add a bit more salt and maybe a bit of nut butters to add savory crunchiness, SO GOOD AND YOU JUST CAN’T STOP SNACKING ON THEM!!!:)
