happy protein cake:) with % fo naughtiness
hi everyone~! i’ve lots to share but i was really busy these days so now i finally can make up a post for one of my newly invented recipes!!!!!:)
sounds easy huh? add some ore stevia, salt and baking powder as usual gluten free dairy free cakes, then we can come on to TOPPINGS!!! like froyo in shops, you can add whatever u like, but just take care about the amount so you can stay with your portion control:)
i chose four of them: cinnamon, reese’s peanut butter chips, bob red mill’s extra thick rolled oats and sweetened cranberries.
i know…why i have to choose sweetened dried fruits? they’re all already sweet enough!!! yes but i have to confess, i’m just too lazy to find unsweetened ones, becuz i’ve already walked through like nearly seven stores but none of them are selling unsweetened ones:( sad.
maybe i just add too much water to substitute the almond milk part as i wanted to minimize the cal as much as possible:(
funny. when i indulge into the cake, i seriously found that both chips worked out well!!! but still reese’s more.
