best quality cocoa powder on brownie
tomorrow i’ll be going bowling with two friends from school and also with my brother:)
and you can play as much as you can within that hour. we decided to play two hours so they’ll also give us a free breakfast.
return to the topic of brownie:)
at first, i thought the brownie was really fudge-y, but then i found something new and strange!!!
i used a silver spoon to cut from top to bottom, and the cocoa powder was so much that the chocolate mousse can’t really fold all the powder so lots of them fell down to the paper, and i wanna say, THE COCOA POWDER was so good!!!:)
i can’t say, hersey’s cocoa powder i’ve used to use is not good, but those on brownie were so EXTRAORDINARILY good!!!:)
the mousse was not only smooth and silky, but it was also so very rich and chocolate-y, and the most important point was that it was not sweet at all but not at all bitter while balancing off the bitterness of cocoa powder~!:P
