spiced green onion prawn dish:) yum.
after eating over half a bag of reese’s peanut butter chips(wow really one cup of choc chips amount!!!), i felt really sick and i know i need something really salty or flavorful without added artificial stuffs.
now i don’t have chickpeas, i don’t have fruits, so i started searching the fridge and i found eggs only. brother was not at home for one week so i can’t assume someone tom eat my yolks,
but i finally decided that i really need some egg whites for flavorful protein. i immediately look up on the upper fridge, some cod, some steak, some lamb chops and some PRAWNS!!!!
scallops and prawns are my favorite seafood becuz of their high protein, also crab and lobster but these are too expensive so prawn is actually my stable.
i microwaved for one minute instead of the original two minutes i set, yes becuz i saw it cooked fully much faster than i expected!!!
but when it was done, i suddenly want more reese’s chips than to eat this high protein meal, so i fridge this appealing meal and reserve for tomorrow’s breakfast:) yum.
it was so delicious and i clean up the whole dish!!!:) then i went to page one in festival walk in kowloon tong, and nearly went to simplylife bakery.
luckily my smarter side of brain stopped me becuz i really need some reading!!! i picked up a book named “paleo answers”, yes nearly like that.
and i found a lot of stuffs i not yet know about paleo, like tomato/paprika/bell peppers/tofu/TVP/soy protein isolate/chickpeas/quinoa/chia seeds/buckwheat…etc can make gluten allergy!!! also, pumpkin seeds are the only allowed nuts, while avocado is better not consumed:)
